Tush Nikollaj - CEO & Chairman
Tush Nikollaj is the CEO & Chairman of Logical Net and is the Company’s principal shareholder. A native of Kosova, the former Republic of Yugoslavia, Mr. Nikollaj came to the U.S. at the age of 8. Raised in the New York, he studied Biology and Chemistry at Syracuse University and moved to Albany to start a computer company. In 1994, recognizing the potential power of the Internet, Mr. Nikollaj founded Logical Net to provide high quality Internet services to the Capital Region in Albany, NY. He has led Logical Net’s growth by developing cost-effective technology services and a dedicated and talented staff.

Keith Fitzgerald – CFO
Keith Fitzgerald is the Chief Financial Officer of Logical Net. Responsible for finance, accounting, tax strategy and audit controls, Mr. Fitzgerald provides structured leadership to the business operations of Logical Net. With over 15 years experience in finance, public accounting and business management of closely-held entities, Mr. Fitzgerald is the President/Owner of Back Bay Accounting Software Consultants. Mr. Fitzgerald is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science from the College of St. Rose.

Lucia Fischer – Executive Vice President of Operations
Lucia Fischer is Vice President of Operations of Logical Net. Responsible for company operations and information technology structure Ms. Fischer positions Logical Net for strategic growth by streamlining operations, building teams, and creating a customer centric organization. With 20+ years of sales and marketing experience in emerging technologies and driving economic growth, Ms. Fischer was a co-founder and past Executive Director of the Capital Region Software Alliance. In building Logical Net’s strong cross-functional management team she drives bottom line growth by increasing customer satisfaction.

Matthew Coso – Vice President of Sales
Matthew Coso is Vice President for Logical Net. Responsible for revenue performance Mr. Coso provides ‘out-of-the-box’ entrepreneurial leadership to Logical Net’s diverse technology and sales teams. With over a decade of successfully driving revenue growth for communication technology companies Mr. Coso is experienced in strategic decision making, sales, management and P&L responsibility. In leading Logical Net sales initiatives he sets standards for performance excellence and a focus on meeting our customer’s business needs.

Linda Roberts - Director of Technical Support Services
Linda Roberts is Director of Technical Support Services for Logical Net. Responsible for customer service, technical support and call center operations, Ms. Roberts leads team excellence with a focus on service improvement to drive customer satisfaction. She has over 21 years of Computer Industry related experience, holding various positions in Information Technology management. Ms. Roberts provides Logical Net experienced leadership in Data Centers, Continuous Improvement Services, Problem Management, Enterprise Change Management and Supply Chain Management.
