 Hello to everyone who are fans..... or collectors..... of old time radio. Radio was the main form of entertainment during the 30's, 40's and 50's..... and you could listen to comedians, movie stars, singers, and big band broadcasts. My interest in OLD TIME RADIO began in 1975 and the library has accumulated over 25,000 shows with Comedy-Variety and Mystery-Drama Shows, Musical Programs and Big Band Remotes. My family and friends have also shared many fine hours of listening pleasure from my OTR collection and helped to get this information on the WWW. Along with collecting old time radio shows, I also have a large personal Collection Of Music of over 25,000 recordings from the late 20's into the early 50's which was the time of the Big Bands and Singers. Over the past few years, my Thoughts Of A Collector articles have been published in the NARA NEWS magazine.
